CONDITIONS OF RENTAL :
Confirmations: Reservations are considered valid only after reception of a deposit in euros, approx 30% ,non refundable, to be paid by bank cheque or bank transfer, all bank charges to be paid by the client. The remaining sum is due 4 weeks before arrival. We recommend you subscribe to a holiday home insurance against cancellation or damages before arrival, otherwise a security deposit of 300 euros is requested on arrival which is returned on departure.
The Bergerie sleeps 6 adults & consists of a living room with fully equipped open style kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 gas plates, electric oven, micro-wave & variety of small kitchen appliances plus hairdryer, steam iron etc. Television and D.V.D. Washing machine and outdoor drying facilities.
3 bedrooms each with twin beds, two with full bathroom, one with shower room. One room can be made up with double bed on request.
Extra guests: Extra bedroom for 2 persons with twin beds and shower room available in main house but with independent entrance. Available at extra charge by the week or by the day, min 3 nights.
The price includes all utilities, including electric heating, linen as well as pool towels and weekly housekeeping. Extra maid service by the hour, minimum 2 hours, on request.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday and you are requested to arrive after 16.00 the day of arrival and to leave before 10.00 the day of departure so as to leave time for the necessary housekeeping. Possible flexibility concerning Saturday arrival available during low season.
The house should be left in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness and, should we consider
this not to be so, the necessary extra hours of cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Children & Pets: Children are very welcome but we regret no family pets. Variety of child and baby equipment available on request.
Pool: 12 x 6 metres, heated and equipped with electric cover in accordance with French Pool Security
Law.The action of this cover is your responsibility but no system is infallible and we insist on the need for parents to survey their young children very closely at all times when around the
pool. We can offer extra security for young families by installing a mobile fence around the pool on request. The pool is equipped with sunbeds and mattresses as well as sun umbrellas.
